Information we collect

Course and exhibitor registration

Attendee and exhibitor registration is handled by Wufoo, a third-party form provider. When you register, the information you enter — including your name, contact details, professional credentials, and any other fields on the form — is collected and stored by Wufoo on our behalf. Payment card details are processed by Stripe and are not stored by us.

We use this information to administer your registration, communicate with you about the course, issue continuing education credit, and meet accreditation record-keeping requirements.

Website analytics

We collect standard website analytics, including pages visited, approximate location, referring site, and browser type. This is used to understand how the site is used and does not identify you personally.

Embedded content

Some pages include content embedded from other websites, such as maps. Embedded content behaves as though you had visited that website directly, and those sites may collect data about you, use cookies, and monitor your interaction with the embedded content.

Who we share it with

We share registrant information with Amedco LLC, our joint accreditation provider, as required to issue and record continuing education credit. We do not sell registrant information. By default, we do share attendee contact details with exhibitors or sponsors and you are able to opt out of sharing your basic contact details (name, phone, email) with our exhibitors. How long we keep it

Registration records are retained for the period required by our accreditation obligations and for our own administrative purposes. Analytics data is retained according to our analytics provider’s standard retention period.

Your rights

You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask that it be corrected, or ask that it be deleted, subject to any records we are required to retain for accreditation purposes. Write to Mskultrasound1@gmail.com.

Security

This website is served over an encrypted connection. Registration data is held by Wufoo and payment processing is handled by Stripe, each under their own security practices and privacy policies.
