Some Testimonials Over the Years.......

Dr. Buford,
Thank you for hosting an excellent ultrasound conference last weekend in Las Vegas.
I was encouraged to attend by my supervising physician, Dr. Eric McCarty, who leads our sports medicine practice at the University of Colorado.
The format of high yield topics in lecture and generous ultrasound scanning lab time was ideal.  I have attended other ultrasound conferences but found this one to be the most practical, hands on, and applicable to our clinic at home.  Your lectures on reimbursement/coding, technique, and incorporating an ultrasound into practice were great.  I appreciated your transparency on what has worked for your practice and for sharing a review of the available evidence based literature throughout the course.  Thank you for sharing your passion for ultrasound- it was a pleasure to meet you!

Don, you have developed the best  ultrasound class I've ever attended.  I participated in your recent conference in Las Vegas Jan 2017. "Unbelievable" is the word I have to use to describe it.  When I walked into the room and saw roughly 30 ultrasound machines and about that many models, I was flabbergasted.  You were very personable and accessible throughout the conference.  I performed a stem cell injection today using what I learned from you.  I can't thank you enough.  Keep up the great work.
